MIC Global is based in New York and was established from the merger of 3 individual companies, spanning over 12 years of experience in the technology and micro insurance markets, providing insurance solutions globally. We have ambitious growth plans for the business, with a goal of becoming a global insurance company in the next 3 years.

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internship to support the leadership team within the USA.

As you begin your internship, you’ll benefit from tangible, hands-on experience by our leaders and managers invested in your success. High performing interns may also be considered for a full time permanent opportunity following graduation.

Our Internship programme will involve a mixture of project work, working alongside senior leaders on product innovation ideas to aid international growth, competitor analysis within the insurance industry, and analysing the way in which technology can be used within Risk Management, reinsurance and insurance markets.

We are looking for individuals who have a natural curiosity in the workplace and show a passion for how insurance can build a global safety net for people. You should have the tenacity to take new ideas forward, and the ability to take instruction and work independently to deliver to deadlines.
